Annie!!!

As most of you know, Shyla has loved to sing, dance and perform since she was born. She was in Aladdin at Oshawa little theater, last Christmas with a small dancing part and loved every minute of it. She recently auditioned for a part of an orphan in Scarborough Music Theater's production of Annie. After the audition, she was actually called back to be considered for the part of Annie. After learning 4 songs and 3 scenes, and almost 100 kids auditioning Shyla was passed over the role of Annie as she was little on the small side (Annie is suppose to be 12 and Shyla is only 10 and small), she received a role as the second youngest orphan Kate who is 7. She is super excited about this opportunity as she will get to dance, sing and act. the show will run throughout November and we are very excited to see her 'triple threat' stage debut.
